Makes 8 to 10 Waffles
Note: This recipe requires a waffle iron.
Ingredients:
2 Cups Self-Raising Flour
2 Eggs
2 TBSP Brown Sugar
2 tsp Vanilla
1 to 1 1/2 Cups Milk
Butter
Maple Syrup
Method:
- Separate egg whites and yolks into separate bowls.
- Add flour, egg yolks, brown sugar, vanilla, and 1 cup milk to a medium bowl and mix well. If the mixture is too thick, add more milk. The batter should be on the thick side.
- Beat egg whites on high in a separate bowl until they form stiff peaks.
- Fold egg whites into the batter.
- Cook waffles according to your waffle iron's directions.
- Serve with butter and syrup.
