Serves 9
Note: These meatballs freeze well.
Ingredients:
500g Beef Mince
500g Sausage Mince
1 Cup Breadcrumbs
1/2 Cup Grated Parmesan
2 Eggs
1 TBSP Dried Parsley
1 TBSP Dried Basil
2 tsp salt
Method:
- Preheat oven to 180.
- Add all ingredients in a large bowl and mix well by hand.
- Roll into 1 1/2 inch balls and place on a baking tray covered with baking paper (should make about 36 meatballs)
- Bake in the oven for 30 minutes.
- Add to Renee's Pasta Sauce or other sauce to finish cooking.
- Serve with pasta.
