Makes Enough for a 2-Layer Cake or 24 Cupcakes
Ingredients:
125g Soft Cream Cheese
1 tsp Vanilla
2 to 3 Cups Icing Sugar
Method:
- Combine cream cheese and vanilla in a medium bowl.
- Mix in 1/4 cup icing sugar at a time and until the frosting holds its shape.
- Keep mixing until the frosting is light and fluffy.
